Hello! If your message is regarding SW books please read the information below which should hopefully answer your questions. 

I am currently receiving a  high volume of emails regarding tracking your SW books.

My address of where to send your book to is in your order confirmation email. Please open the file to access the details.

If you have placed an order for your SW book to be wire bound - once dispatched, you will automatically be sent an email from Royal Mail with your tracking number. Please check your spam or junk folder if it's not in your inbox.

Sorry, but I am unable to check if your book has arrived yet. I recommend that you send your parcel tracked with Royal Mail - and therefore you will have the tracking to check if it's been delivered.

To ensure your SW book arrives on time, I have allocated slots which will be opened each day, around 10am. If the listing shows as SOLD OUT then please try again the following day.

There should be no reason for any delays, but please be aware orders marked as 'dispatched' on weekends or after 4pm, will not actually enter the postal system until the following 'working day'. Please allow time for delivery.

I aim to get your book wire bound and back in the post to you within 24 / 48 hours of receiving it so you can get it back in time for weigh day, but delivery time will depend on the delivery service you chose. I recommend 24 tracked but you may have chosen 48 hr tracked which means it will take longer and may not make it back in time.

If your order doesn't arrive back in time for your weigh day, then you can still get weighed at group without your book, (just take your card) and write your weight in the book when it arrives!

A Royal Mail item is not regarded as 'lost' until at least 10 working days have passed from your delivery due date. If ten working days have passed and you still haven't received your order, please get in touch again and I will look into this for you.
