Our digital products have been created with care and is designed to help you develop your creative skills and grow your handmade business. By purchasing and downloading this product, you agree to the following terms of use.
Personal Use Licence
Your purchase includes a personal, non-transferable licence for one individual.
This means you may:
✓ Download and save the files to your own devices.
✓ Print the workbook or worksheets for your own personal use.
✓ Reprint worksheets as many times as you need for your own business.
✓ Use the advice, techniques and planning tools within your own creative business.
What You May Not Do
To protect the time, experience and creativity that has gone into producing these resources, you may not:
✗ Share, email or forward the files to another person.
✗ Upload the files to websites, cloud storage services, social media, forums or file-sharing platforms where others can access them.
✗ Resell, redistribute or give away any part of the product.
✗ Copy or reproduce the content for commercial sale.
✗ Edit, rebrand or claim any part of the content as your own work.
✗ Use the worksheets, templates or written content to create your own products for resale.
If you know someone who would benefit from these resources, please encourage them to purchase their own copy.
Video Tutorials
Where your purchase includes video tutorials, these are provided exclusively for the purchaser.
You may:
✓ Watch the videos as many times as you wish.
✓ Pause, replay and learn at your own pace.
✓ Use the techniques shown to create products for yourself or your own business (unless otherwise stated).
You may not:
✗ Download, copy or redistribute the videos.
✗ Upload the videos to YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, websites or any other platform.
✗ Share access with others.
✗ Record, duplicate or reproduce the tutorials.
Printable Worksheets & Templates
Many of the resources include printable worksheets, planners, calculators and templates.
These are provided to support your own business planning.
You are welcome to print them repeatedly for your own use, but they may not be copied, shared or distributed to other individuals, businesses, organisations or workshop participants.

Some Retro From Scratch digital products, including the Craft Fair Success Kit, contain information, ideas and strategies intended to help you develop your creative business and improve your approach to selling at craft fairs and markets.
All information is provided for educational and informational purposes only and is based on my own knowledge and experience.
While these resources are designed to help you make more informed decisions, Retro From Scratch does not guarantee any particular level of sales, income, profit, bookings or other business results as a result of purchasing or using a digital product.

Handmade Products
Unless otherwise stated within a specific tutorial, you are welcome to sell handmade items that you personally create using the techniques taught in these resources.
However, the tutorials, written instructions, photographs, templates and digital files themselves may not be copied, reproduced or sold.
If you share photographs of items you've made using a Retro From Scratch tutorial, I'd love it if you tagged @RetroFromScratch so I can celebrate your creations with you.
Refunds and Cancellation Rights
Because our digital products are supplied electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, different cancellation rules apply to digital content.
Where you choose to receive or access your digital product immediately, you may be asked at checkout to expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning during the cancellation period and to acknowledge that, once supply begins, you will lose your right to cancel.
Once the digital content has been supplied or accessed following that consent and acknowledgement, a change-of-mind refund or cancellation will not normally be available.
This does not affect any rights you may have if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights.

From time to time, I may improve or update my digital products.
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing this product does not automatically include future versions or updates.
